Conceptual analysis: “high blood pressure”

“You may not have had high blood pressure Sunday, but you may have it today. Even if your blood pressure hasn’t changed a smidge. What’s up?”

Your blood pressure did not change.

The concept did not change. (It’s still “high blood pressure”.)

The criteria changed. In other words, the conditions that qualify one as having “high blood pressure” changed.
